Hello SDB Family and Friends!
Hopefully, your summer has been a pleasant one so far and you are enjoying the slightly cooler weather these past days. We know we are, even though progress is still heating over here with SDB’s construction!
1365 Zenobia, has resumed its back out framing and exterior trim work with the framers. Even more exciting we are seeing the all the windows and exterior doors installed in the units. This will push us closer to a complete dry in phase for the build allowing us to complete the rough electrical and get all the necessary inspections to begin the interior trades! Needless to say, we couldn’t be more excited for that next step.
Over at 1265 Xavier, still one step ahead of Zenobia, has just finished installing all the windows and exterior doors. A personal favorite is the front unit 1261 Xavier, it has a very impressive facade with large windows along the staircases. We can also see the masons still making good progress on the CMU brick install around the entire building. We are prepped for inspections for today and once they are all passed we will move forward to the interior trades the following week.
We are nearing the end of the phase of rough construction for these builds. Be sure to stay tuned for more updates soon as the next phase will be a whirlwind of progress!
